- We do our best to ensure that the colours and images of our products are displayed accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display will accurately represent the actual products. And, we cannot be held responsible for articles that are sold out at the time of order. Typos or misprints may occur and we cannot be held responsible for these.
Orders and payments
- Once you have selected the items you want to buy and placed an order in the basket, please fill out your personal information, such as name, address, and payment information correctly. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation email, including a unique order number. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. You receive your final order confirmation and receipt once the payment is approved, and the product is registered in our system.
- When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of purchase.

- We accept payments via credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, and other methods as indicated through the organization payment service, Stripe. All prices at ARTIFACT are stated in CAD.

However, there will be charged no additional taxes or customs duties for articles shipped anywhere within Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, PEI, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Colombia, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut)
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, product description errors, or suspected fraud. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from canceled orders.
- The safety of your information is a top priority for us. All communication between your payment and our payment gateway is encrypted with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Neither ARTIFACT nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged during your purchase.
Shipping and delivery
- We ship within Canada from our studio located in Toronto. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 4 business days during sale or promotions for your order to dispatch.
- Delivery times and costs depend on the destination.
- We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping.
Returns and refunds
- ARTIFACT does not accept returns or refunds. All items are final sale and therefore ineligible for cancellations, returns, refunds or exchange.

- All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of ARTIFACT and protected by Canada and international copyright and trademark laws.

Liability
